Michael O’Connell, President

Michael has been with Traffic Builders since 1994 and bought the company in 2001. He currently lives in Framingham, MA and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, two daughters and large extended family. A die-hard Red Sox fan, Michael would spend every night at Fenway Park if his busy schedule, and wife, would allow it.

Stephanie Warren, Vice President

Stephanie has been with the company since 1995. She works endlessly to keep TBI organized and is known as the “glue” that holds the company together. She holds a degree in Natural Resource Management and another degree in Computer Management.  Stephanie has a passion for the outdoors...she is "all-in" for any activity that takes place outside.  Above all Stephanie enjoys spending lots of time with her incredible, fun-loving family and friends.

Kevin Doucette, Account Manager

Kevin has been with TBI since 2005. Originally from Wakefield, MA he currently lives in Newton, NH and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. If not working or barbecuing in his back yard, Kevin can most likely be found on the nearest golf course.

Bryan Marabella, Strategic Accounts Manager

Bryan joined Traffic Builders in April of 2010. In addition to his official title, Bryan serves unofficially as Consigliere to the company’s owners. Bryan completed most of his undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire before transferring to Franklin Pierce University. Bryan currently lives in Concord, NH with his beautiful, supportive and patient wife and daughter.  When not in the office or on the road he enjoys golf, skiing, playing poker and camping with his family.

Richard Gagnon, Promotions Manager

Rick has been with TBI for three years. He currently lives in Haverhill, MA with his wife. Appropriately dubbed "Rick Awesome" he is responsible for, and has never failed at, ensuring that team members on the road have anything and everything they could ever need when they arrive on site to execute a successful promotion. Rick takes pleasure in fishing, boating and anything else that involves being on or near the water.

Matthew Murphy, Promotions Coordinator

This September marks the completion of Matt’s second year with TBI. Majoring in Business, he graduated from Champlain University in 2009 and joined the Traffic Builders team shortly thereafter. In addition to playing golf and volleyball, Matt exhibits some musical talent, playing both the drums and the guitar.

Ann Berrigan,

Ann previously worked for Traffic Builders from 1998-2009 as the Senior Promotion Coordinator.  After a departure in 2009, she recently re-joined the team this year and in addition to brightening up the office with her beaming smile, she currently assists with many facets of the day-to-day business operations.

Melissa Godden, Administrative Assistant

Melissa is the newest employee of Traffic Builders. She is studying Business Management at Emmanuel College and will graduate in December of 2010. Originally from Natick, MA she currently lives in Boston and spends much of her free time exploring everything the city has to offer. When not working or studying, Melissa most enjoys being with family and friends.
